Gulf Coast Runners Presentation…
I’ll be speaking tonight for the member meeting that we are having for the Gulf Coast Runners. It’s not exactly easy to try to come up with a topic to talk about for 15 minutes when you know your audience but you don’t really know what they want to hear about. I asked a few people and the usual response was “I just want to know what to eat”. Well, THAT’s easy. :) So I decided to talk a little about hydration and carbs. It seems as if carbs are something that a lot of people wonder about. So we’ll chat about it and do a little Q&A. I guess it’s always good to get presentations under your professional belt, but it will be fun talking in front of a group of friends. Wish me luck!
